Delivery times and Shipping rates
Item Availability
We generally ship all our orders within 24 hours thanks to permanent stock of all listed items. In the rare event of an out-of-stock item or extended lead time, the availability delay will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Shipping Methods
– Orders within Mainland France: All orders are shipped via La Poste/Colissimo or GLS.
– Orders to French Overseas Territories and Corsica: Orders are shipped via La Poste/Colissimo or an international express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Chronopost).
– Orders to French-speaking international zones (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg): Orders are generally shipped via La Poste France/Colissimo Expert International. The local partner of La Poste (e.g., BPost, Swiss Post, Post Luxembourg, or other) will take over final delivery to your address.
– Orders to other EU countries: Orders are generally shipped via La Poste France/Colissimo Expert International. The local partner of La Poste (e.g., DPD, Correos…) will take over final delivery to your address.
– Non-EU countries: Cotran reserves the right to choose the most appropriate carrier depending on your region and/or the weight of the items to be sent. The list of carriers may include: La Poste, , DPD, UPS, Fedex, DHL etc.). When possible, we will try to indicate the carrier in advance at the time of your order.
Delivery times
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. Once picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland France: 2–3 days

Corsica: 3 days

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany: 2–3 days

Switzerland: 4 days

Other EU countries: 3–7 days

Non-EU countries: 7–15 days
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel online. This will allow you to follow your delivery progress step by step.
Shipping rates
Any order over €49 (excluding VAT) is delivered free of charge within continental EU countries (including Corsica). If your order is under €49 (excl. VAT), or if the delivery address is outside the specified geographic area, a flat shipping fee of €8 (excl. VAT) applies.
Some destinations (Overseas Territories, non-EU countries) are subject to specific shipping charges. These will be indicated on the order confirmation page before payment. You must select the correct country corresponding to your delivery address (e.g., Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, etc.).
We reserve the right to cancel your order (with refund) or request a shipping fee adjustment if the selected country in the address drop-down menu does not match your actual delivery address.
