Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

As part of the legal withdrawal period, you have up to 14 days after delivery to inform us of your intention to return your product or order. This provision applies exclusively to individual consumer customers.

To do so—and without needing to provide any justification—you can notify us of your decision to withdraw by phone or by email at contact@cotraneurope.com, specifying your order number.
We will then inform you of the steps to follow.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense. Products must not have been opened or used, and must be returned complete and in perfect condition (including original packaging).
