This version of the SHARPSHOCK electric prod, comes with a lower output tension of 4000V, to be compared with the full power version of 6900V. This "Low voltage" version is preferable when using it with moderate sized animal like pigs and sheep. It is indeed more gentle for these animals. The lithium-ion rechargeable battery tube will help you savings hundred of batteries. With 2600 mAh capacity, it has an autonomy above 1000 shocks, before needing a recharge. However, you can still operate the prod with LR14 / C batteries in case of need. SHARPSHOCK prods are powerfull and reliable electric prods and efficient to move every recusant animal. Observing the EU regulation EC 1099/2009, the motor limits shock duration automatically to 1 second. The prod handle is made of a very resistant polycarbonate and the motor is entirely sealed in a waterproof resin, making the prod shockproof and waterproof (IP54).
