Legal warranty applies. Strict return and usage conditions. Costs borne by client unless proven defect.
Article 16: Right of Withdrawal
14-day period. Product must be intact, complete, and in original packaging. Refund or exchange possible.
Article 17: Usage Rights
Non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license. One backup copy allowed.
Article 18: Force Majeure
Temporary suspension or termination in case of force majeure. Notification required within 10 days.
Article 19: Partial Invalidity
Remaining clauses remain valid.

No implicit waiver of obligations.
